Cloisters Dining rooms offers an informal location, full of atmospheric charm ideal for any occasion. The restaurant has carefully retrieved and restored stained glass and artifacts from local sites enabling the creation of a 
restaurant with interest and warmth.
The comfortable surroundings will compliment the quality of food and service presented at the restaurant. The chef has taken great care to develop food that is prepared freshly each day ensuring quality and variety, the menu is written in an English style using ingredients from around the world. Cooking of the dishes is designed to be healthy and light, reducing fat contents and offering subtle flavours.
The main focus on the menu is char-grilled food cooked over hot coals. This creates a unique taste and allows the dish to adopt new aromas and distinct flavours.
